Can I change the color or add to my order?

You may still change the color or size and update your order as long as your product has not shipped. For any questions, please contact support.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Currently, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. However, the ability to return or exchange items will be available in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to all countries except the following: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam. Central African Republic, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Laos, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Niue Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen.

How long does shipping take?

All orders containing in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.

IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES BACKORDERED ITEMS (INDICATED WHEN SELECTING THE ITEM AND IN YOUR CART), PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING.

IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A BACKORDERED PRODUCT, THE ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE THE BACKORDERED PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete.

Occasionally, mistakes happen on our end. Please contact customer support within 5 days of receiving your product and provide photos or information of the issue. This will help us resolve the problem promptly.

My order shows delivered but I can't find the package.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can't locate it, check with your neighbors or nearby addresses. If you still can't find it, please contact customer support for assistance.
